Jose Navarro

Jose was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He had a passion for gardening and took pride in working with his hands as a skilled handyman. In his free time, he enjoyed participating in pool tournaments, where he shared many good moments with friends and fellow players.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Elaro and Cruz Navarro, and his brother, Arturo D. Navarro.

Jose is survived by his daughter, Norma Dominguez; his sisters, Aurora Navarro and Gloria Navarro; his loving wife, Nena Pena; his nieces, Christina Torres and Dolores Torres; and his nephew, Carlos Torres, as well as other family members and friends who will cherish his memory.

Jose will be remembered for his hardworking nature, his love for his family, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

There will be a Visitation held on April 22, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with the Rosary being recited at 6:30 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. On April 23, 2026, our doors will open at 8:30 am, we will go in procession for a 11:00 am Mass at St Timothy Catholic Church, 1515 Saltillo St, San Antonio, TX 78207, followed by burial at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237.
