'I am so very saddened to hear of Jose's passing. He was such a wonderful person. When he was a technician at ADT, he was my go-to guy. He just knew how to fix any issue that came up with my system. We would talk and he would brag so much about his children. He was one proud father. So very sorry for your loss.'

'I am in complete shock. Jose was one of our Alarm Technicians that came out to Southwest Research Institute almost weekly for many years. He always had that awesome smile and you can tell he was just an all around great guy. He often talked about his grandson and was so excited to be a Grandpa. He was out here about a week and a half ago and he was so excited to be going on his vacation. He will be very much missed and no one will be able to replace him. My condolences to all the family.'
