Josefa C Bezerra

Josefa is preceded in death by her parents, Antonio Casteneda & Simona Moreno; Her husband Marcelino S. Bezerra; Brothers, Julio Casteneda, Sotero Casteneda, and Esquiel Casteneda; and sister Juanita C. Sauceda.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces/nephews, and great-great nieces/nephews. She will be missed by ALL who knew her.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Legend Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation - South San Antonio for all their love and support while Josefa C. Bezerra was a resident under their care there.

A visitation for Josefa will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211 with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 13466 Interstate 35 Access Rd, Von Ormy, TX 78073. Services will conclude at the church, followed by a reception at the CCD church hall. Thank you for joining the family during this difficult time.
