

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Rosales and sister Lupe Noriega.
Joyce is survived by daughters; Diane R. Vargas (Rick Vargas), Rosie Catherine Rosales and Nancy Rosales; grandchildren, Jessica Michelle Urrutia (Seth Mayes), David Jason Urrutia, Sr. (Jessica Rangel Urrutia), Christopher Urrutia (Rachel Urrutia), Nathan Perez, Gerald Benajmin Perez (Veronica Perez), Zachary Rosales (Dayjah Rodriguez); great-grandchildren, Alex Urrutia, Jezzie Romo, Kaylee Munoz, McKenziee Urrutia, David Jason Urrutia, Jr., Bryoni Rosales, Aliana Urrutia, Emily Perez, Julia Perez, and Layla Perez; sister, Frances Lozano; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, family, cousins, friends and neighbors near & far.
Joyce was well known for her many years of service to banking, a proud seamstress, a profound Spurs fan and was always very devoted to her family. She was loved by many & will be missed by many.
Special thank you to Guadalupe Perez and the staff at Lopez Assisted Living as well as Angie and America with Altus Hospice for the compassion and kindness shown to our mother. The family also wants to thank you for all your condolences and support and ask that you join them for food and fellowship following the service.
