Joyce C. Theis, 66, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2010. She was born in San Antonio on January 1, 1944 to Ralph and Doris Tanner Kneuper. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Lynn Theis; son, Leslie Henry Theis and their father, Lester Theis; mother, Doris Santee and husband Ray; granddaughter, Emma Lynn Theis; siblings, Bill Kneuper, Carrol Jacob and Robert Kneuper as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
