Juanita R. Guerrero

Juanita R Guerrero, born on November 18, 1927 in San Antonio,TX entered into rest on October 23, 2024 at the age of 96. She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Louis B. Guerrero who passed away September 17, 2010.

She is also preceded in death by her parents, Liborio Rivera and Concepcion Garcia Ruiz; children, Louis R. Guerrero Jr., Arturo R. Guerrero, Maria Del Rosario Soto; sister, Jesusita Rivera Presidio; brothers, Alfredo Ruiz, Macario Ruiz, Felix Ruiz and Robert Ruiz; grandchildren, Priscilla Guerrero, Bobby Guerrero, Gina Kirchner, Eric Vargas and Gilberto Guerrero; son-in-law, Richard Kirchner.

She is survived by her children; Maria Juanita Fonseca, Esperanza Vargas (Manuel), Josephina Kirchner, Rudolfo Guerrero (Oralia), Roberto Guerrero, Maria Elena Dominguez, Annette Martinez, Gina Garcia, and Lisa R Guerrero; also, 39 Grandchildren, 72 great grandchildren and 23 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Marie Elena Perez and Lilly Ozuna; brother, Liborio Rivera Jr.; daughters-in-law, Maggie Guerrero and Linda Guerrero.

Our mother loved gardening, cooking, playing loteria, and listening to music to pass the time. She enjoyed taking drives, and having picnics along the river. She took care of a lot of the grandkids while her children worked. She loved her family dearly and she will forever live in our hearts.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio,TX 78237, followed by a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Procession will depart from the funeral Home on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of The Resurrection at St. John Berchmans' Catholic Church, 1147 Cupples Rd., San Antonio, TX 78226. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd., San Antonio,TX 78237.
