

She was born in Memphis, Tennessee on March 11, 1941, to John and Mary Edmonston.
Judy was raised in Hornersville Missouri where her family owned and operated a cotton gin. She was very proud of her family's business and even after settling in Texas with her family, she often visited the community and still had family and friends in the area.
A resident of San Antonio since 1979, she was an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society and a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. She enjoyed her work with the Professional Tour Guide Association which suited her outgoing and lively personality. Judy's adventurous nature led her to personal travels in Africa, Europe and Australia.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
She will be dearly missed by her children, Brian Branum and his wife Gail, Jay Branum and his wife Wendy, and Lisa Wright and her husband Nolan; 5 grandchildren, Natalie Branum, Shania, Jacob, Shelby, and Addyson Wright, and 2 more grandchildren expected in April and August. She is also survived by her brother, John Leonard Edmonston, his wife Becky, nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
