He is survived by one brother, Robert Sandoval Rother and wife, Dora.
Julius had no children of his own, so he was especially close to his 15 nieces and nephews: Alicia Acuna, Ralph De La Rosa, Annie De La Rosa, Robert Rother, Jr., Roland Rother, Christina Garza, Joe Rother, Jr., Diane Moran, Eva Ramos, Evelyn Campos, Anna Marie Ramirez, Linda Mae Koonce, Theresa Koonce, Shirley Koonce and William Koonce, Jr.
Julius was a World War II honorably discharged veteran, who proudly served in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of Princeton Place and Odyssey Healthcare for their kindness, care and support they gave Julius.
Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Monday, February 8th at Porter Loring on McCullough.
