Kenneth Richard Frail, age 76, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, in San Antonio, Texas. Born on January 3, 1946, in San Antonio, Ken was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Mr. Frail was a retired Chief Petty Officer serving 25 years in the United States Navy, including service during the Vietnam war. He earned numerous awards and medals including the Navy Unit Commendation Award, the Vietnam Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. Ken enjoyed fishing, bowling, the Houston Astros and his beloved dog Sheiba. Ken was preceded in death by, his wife, Deborah Lynn Frail in 2018, his son Kenneth Frail Jr., and his parents James Frail and Ann Lange. Ken is survived by his son; Howard James Frail, granddaughter Heather Lynn Frail, great-granddaughter Ariana, brothers; Dennis Frail, Eddie Frail, Darrell Frail and David Frail, sisters; Arlene Thornton, Nancy Frail and Cynthia Smith and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Frail will be buried in the Houston National Cemetery.
