Kenny De La Rosa Sr.

He was a parishioner and member of the men’s ACTS Team at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church and San Juan de Los Lagos Parish and Shrine. Kenny was an avid reader and music enthusiast, he enjoyed various genres of music especially hard rock. He enjoyed classic movies and dancing with his mother and aunt. He loved to make people laugh and being the life of the party.

He is preceded by his beloved mother, Rafaela J. De La Rosa; nephew, Justin Rey Martinez and numerous family members.

He is survived by his daughters; Lesley D. Cardoza and Mandy D. Mireles (Mike); sons, Kenny De La Rosa Jr. and Matthew Q. Moran; sister, Sandra D. Martinez (Rey); brothers, Jody L. De La Rosa and James De La Rosa (Areyda); 7 grandchildren, 3 nieces, 6 nephews and numerous cousins and friends.

There will be a Visitation held Tuesday, June 18, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary being recited at 6:30 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. On Wednesday, June 19, 2024 we will be going in procession for a 10:00 a.m. Mass at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1515 Saltillo Street, San Antonio, Texas 78207, followed by burial at San Fernando Cemetery III, 1735 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78226.
