He grew up in Chicago, IL and graduated from Northwestern University and the University of Texas Law School.
Larry was a Real Estate Attorney for Fulbright. Larry loved golf, hunting, and the Spurs.
His wife Cheri said, "his spiritual life was important." Larry was an accomplished guitarist. Larry showed tremendous courage through 15 years of illness. He had a full and happy life and God was good to him.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Pearl Rubenstein and father, Bill Rubenstein.
Larry is survived by his wife, Cheri Rubenstein; daughter, Sarah Rubenstein; and sister, Barbara Rubenstein of New York, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Therapy and Research Center, Salvation Army, World Vision, UT Law School or Prison Fellowship.
