He was a devoted husband and loving father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and former wife, Lillian Valdez Epstein.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Lee Ann Epstein, Logan Epstein, Carmen Goodwin and husband, Ty of Corpus Christi, Kathy Corona and husband, Mario of Floresville, and Rosie Cardenas and husband, Louis of San Antonio; 6 grandchildren; and brother, Sidney Epstein.
