Leslie Eugene "Gene" Wilson, 74, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on January 11, 2017. Born April 26, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas, he was the son of Imogene Lowrance Wilson and the late Leslie Clifford Wilson. Gene was the successful founder and owner of Alamo Waterproofing since 1969. His greatest joys were his family, fishing and his puppy, Cracker Jack. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 46 years, Landis Carroll Talley Wilson. Gene is survived by his two daughters, Shelby Wilson McCutchan and husband, Dallas of San Antonio, Texas and Lindsay Wilson Laxton and husband, Brandon of Prosper, Texas; son, Brandon Wilson of San Antonio, Texas; five grandchildren, Alexis, Presley and Beckett McCutchan, Zane Moss and Georgia Laxton; mother, Imogene Wilson of San Antonio, Texas; siblings, Linda Redus, Radonna Freeman, Cheryl Wilson and Dana Wilson.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
