

She was born on December 12, 1926 in Puerto Rico, and she was educated at New York University NYU and at the University of Southern California USC. She lived a rich aesthetic life.
She was an artistic and creative writer. Known to many as "Tia Leticia", she authored a nationally syndicated newspaper column.
She was very involved with San Antonio's artistic and political communities, eg. LULAC, MENSA and the S.A. Poet Society.
However, she would rightfully claim her greatest accomplishment was raising her four sons as a single parent in Mexico City and San Antonio.
Her son's - Ernie, Jimmy, Rocky and Randy, her daughter-in-law, Aimee and her two beautiful grandchildren, Rebecca and Nicolas Bromley, survive her.
Visitation will be from 4:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. on Monday, March 1st at Porter Loring on McCullough
