Lisa Vasquez

Lisa is survived by her husband, Rudy; sons, Andrew and Anthony; daughter, Sarah; mother, Elfrieda; father, Russell; sister, Patricia; brother, Roger; daughter-in-law, Jessica; son-in-law, Scott; and granddaughters, Kennedy and Kallie.

Lisa Jo Vasquez was born on July 6, 1957 in Lubbock, TX to Russell Lamar and Elfrieda Ella Muston. She graduated from Carroll High School in 1975. She married Rudy Vasquez, her high school sweetheart, on September 22, 1978. After moving to San Antonio, TX she began working for Albertson's for 18 years and finished her life working as a Senior Engineering Technician at EOG Resources. Lisa loved listening to Christian music, watching sporting events, and dedicating her time to the ones she loved. Her life has left a lasting impact and her legacy will live on for many years to come.

The family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Northside Church of Christ.

Pastor David Allen will officiate the ceremony. Interment will follow in Hill Country Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Lisa's life.

Lisa loved supporting the missionary work of Northside Church of Christ. Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Northside Church of Christ with "missions" written on the memo line.
