Louise Jaffe Adelman, born September 17, 1920, died July 26 surrounded by daughters, Donna and Linda and friends. A two time cancer survivor, she died of congestive heart disease. Louise never met a stranger, was interested in everyone and everything and a cheerleader for many. Her main focus was her beloved husband of 65 years, Jack, who preceded her in death in March 2008. Louise was born with a great sense of humor, forever optimistic, always well groomed and feisty 'til the end she left to join Jack with her lipstick on. She graduated from Hockaday School in Dallas and the University of Wisconsin. Louise loved the symphony, literature, art, tennis and working out, but most of all San Antonio. She is survived by her daughters, Donna Adelman of La Honda, CA and Linda Adelman Gintel of San Antonio and "Kitty". We wish to thank her devoted caregivers Carrie, Trini and Kathy.
