LTC John Kenneth Verhine, U.S. Army (RET) was born on October 23, 1940 in Scottsboro, AL and died April 16, 2017 in San Antonio, TX. He enjoyed life and loved his family and friends. He thanked Jesus Christ for his long and blessed life.
Mr. Verhine is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Verhine; two children, Ken Verhine and Kimberly Ford; step-daughter, Elizabeth Martinez; 3 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 1 great step-grandson; brother, Forrest Verhine; numerous other relatives and friends.
The Memorial Service will be 12 noon, Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
