Lucia S. Morales

Lucia Saenz Morales passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at the age of 78. She was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas on December 13, 1941 to her parents, the late Domingo R. Saenz and Lydia V. Saenz.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Jose V. Saenz and Gilberto V. Saenz; her great-granddaughter, Mikaylah Valdez; and her son-in-law, John Fisher.

Lucia leaves her memory to her daughters, JoAnn Fisher, Marie Valdez (Daniel) and Melissa Resendiz (Juan Sosa); her grandchildren, Cynthia Valdez (Ben Sookchit), Marivel Arauza (Daniel), Daniel Valdez, Jennifer Sauceda (Andrew), Rebecca Ramirez (Bobbie Torres) and Michael Valdez; her great-grandchildren, Julissa Villarreal, Aydin Valdez, Jordan Villarreal and Bailee Sookchit; her siblings, Guadalupe Arismendez, Antonio D. Saenz, Elena Saenz and Lydia Morales; and her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who loved her.

The following gentlemen will be honoring the family as pallbearers for Ms. Lucia: Juan Sosa, Daniel Valdez Sr., Michael Valdez, Jose Saenz Jr., Gilberto Saenz Jr. and Daniel Arauza.

The services at Funeraria del Angel Trevino – 226 Cupples Rd. 78237 – will be an intimate family gathering at this time.
