Lucretia Jane Miller Chumley, age 85, died Friday, February 15, 2002. She was born February 26, 1916 on the Miller farm near Fargo, TX. She graduated in 1933 from Vernon High School. Jane was a member of Oak Hills Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Chumley and her parents, John Miller and Mary Ellen Switzer Millerher her brothers and sisters Alva Miller, Lefa Graham, L.Z. Miller, Jake Miller, Louetta Tucker and grandson, Bobby Sportsman. Jane is survived by sister, Lois Chumley; brother-in-law, Glenn Hall; children, Gary Chumley, Claudia Sportsman, Bobby Chumley; grandchildren, Jimmy Sportsman, Sara Villescas, David Tex Sportsman, Robby Sportsman, Kari Cashion, Zane Chumley, Heidi Chumley Jones and Ty Chumley; 13 great-grandchildren. Honorary Pallbearers will be, David Sportsman, Robby Sportsman, Zane Chumley, Ty Chumley, Kevin Cashion and Shane Jones.
