Lupe Gomez Carrejo was called home to be with the Lord, on September 12, 2015 at the age of 69. She is preceded in death by her companion Concepcion Carrejo. Lupe is survived by her loving family; children: Mary Jane Garza (Rudy), Anna De La Fuentes, Edward Carrejo, Cindy Carrejo- Compean (Tom), grandchildren; Dr. Rudy Garza III M.D. (Veronica), Jacob LaQue, Avery Compean, Marc Garza, Joshua Compean, great grandsons; Brandon Garza, Dylan Garza, step-mother Juanita Gomez, siblings; Ismael, Joe, Roger, Yolanda, Gloria, Frances, Elida, Elvira, Norma, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 5:00 pm at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 10:30 am for a 11:00 am Mass of Resurrection at St. Lawrence Catholic Church with Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
