Lyndon B. Faulkner

Lynn awoke in the presence of the Lord on October 28, 2017. She was born on the family farm in East Texas to B.B. (Bud) Faulkner and Sadie Cook Faulkner. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She is survived by her brothers Joseph W. Faulkner (Shirley) and Jimmie D. Faulkner and several nephews and nieces. Lynn graduated salutatorian from Stephen F. Austin Demonstrative High School and attended Stephen F. Austin College, both in Nacogdoches, Texas. She moved to San Antonio in 1946. Lynn was a long-time member of First Baptist Church (69 yrs.), where she taught children's Sunday School. She volunteered in many capacities including First Baptist Church, The San Antonio Conservation Society and the Boysville Thrift Shop. She spent her entire career in the insurance business, working for H.L. Davis & Son, Craven Dargen & Company and St. Paul Insurance Companies. Her kind heart and loving cheerfulness will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
