Mailani Kendra Godin

Mailani Kendra Godin, age 12, was taken into the hands of our Lord on Thursday, April 7, 2016. Mailani was born in Seattle, WA to parents, Charles and Misty (Elliott) Godin. She graduated from Harmony Hills Elementary School, where she discovered her musical talent, singing in the choir and playing the bass. Mailani was an avid Churchill Charger fan, she loved learning sign language and following the Pep Squad. She was 6th grade student at Eisenhower Middle School where she continued with her musical talent by playing the flute. Mailani had great plans to be a respiratory therapist (like her Mom) and a Youtuber at the same time. She was the quiet one with a great smile, who loved to perfect the art of tasteful makeup, using tips from her big sister, Savanna. She never judged anyone, always accepting on their terms.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Ken and Charleen Powell. Mailani will be cherished in the memories of her parents, sister, paternal grandparents, Lew and Loni Godin, many aunts, uncles, cousins; her best friend for life, Lexi Garrett; beloved cat, Bahgeera; cockatiels, Rikki and Tavi and an uncountable number of friends.
