Survivors include his wife, Genoveva Mills; his parents; children, Odalys Mills, Noelia J. Mills, and Aliyah N. Mills; and sibilings, Sara, Maria, Salvador, Chavela, Carmen, Lola and Daniel.
Visitation will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 16075 N. Evans Road, Selma, Texas. Interment will follow with military honors at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
