Maria De La Luz Almendariz born November 30, 1922 in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico passed away to be with our Lord on August 2, 2017 at the age of 94. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose & Maria De La Luz Sanchez, beloved husband Fernando G. Almendariz. She is survived by her two sons; Jose Luis Almendariz and wife Sylvia and Fernando S. Almendariz and wife JoAnn, 10 loving grandchildren, and 27 cherished great grandchildren as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
A visitation will be held Friday, August 4, 2017 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. San Antonio, Tx. 78237 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a prayer service to be held at 7:00p.m. On Saturday, August 5, 2017 a Chapel Service will be held at 10:00 a.m with interment to follow at Mission Burial Park North, 20900 IH 10 West San Antonio, Tx. 78230.
