Mary was blessed with a rich and long life. She used to say she lived a gifted life because not everyone gets to be in their 90’s!
Some things she enjoyed were finding bargains in stores, traveling and visiting new places and of course restaurants. She enjoyed being with her family and friends at every opportunity. She was a gregarious personality who loved people. You could never dim her sparkle. We hope to keep a bit of that sparkle with us!
She also had a God-given gift for art and style. Her clothes were always accessorized with items that complemented her look.
The most important aspect of her life was her relationship with Jesus Christ. Mary was born in the Catholic faith. In her final days she asked her son in law for a mass at Christ the King Church. Her prayer life was powerful and attracted those around her to pray for them. She also prayed for those she felt led. She attended services with her daughter and great granddaughter at Faith Outreach Center International.
