She is preceded in death by her brother Paul Calamaco Jr.

She is survived by her parents; Paul and Maria Calamaco Sr. Sisters; Polin Barraza and husband Rudy Guitron, Petra Perez. Sons; Joseph Mascorro and wife Stephanie Mascorro, Clint Mendoza and wife Theresa Mendoza. Daughters; Valerie Mascorro and husband Richard Carrejo, Leonor Salas and husband Alfonso P. Salas III. Grandchildren; Abigail Samudio and husband Jacob Anthony Samudio, Haylei Renae Montez and partner Elijah R. Vargas, Paiton Amaris Mascorro, Rogelio Montez Jr., Meah Renay Mascorro, Joseph Aiden Mascorro, Tristen Michael Mascorro, Clinton Jase Mendoza, Silas Mateo Salas, Alfonso Joshua Salas IV. Great grandchild; Jacob Vicente Samudio. Our mother was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. She will forever remain in our hearts.

A Visitation for Maria will be held Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237, followed by a prayer service at 6:00 PM .
