She was born in Germany to Otto and Marie Haas on May 22, 1928.
She was preceded in death by her husband James W. Harris, her parents and siblings.
Marie is survived by her son, Harry Harris and wife Sylvia, grandson James Harris and his wife Amanda, and great granddaughter Scarlett Olivia Harris. Also to cherish her memories are numerous family members and extended family and all her friends.
Marie was a woman of great compassion and grace. She was affectionately known as "Schatzi" and totally loved by all. She enjoyed her volunteer work with ladies auxiliary, her Bunco Club and cooking her delicious German dishes.
