Marie R. Kirby

Marie Rita Kirby, age 63, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2023 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in Seoul, South Korea to Pilsun Lee and Santino Edwardo Dirocco. She was preceded in death by both her parents.

Marie earned her an Associate degree from San Antonio College and was a Registered Nurse at North Central Baptist Hospital. She was a beloved nurse in the Emergency Room for over 30 years. In addition, Marie developed a company, Rev-a-Life, for training CPR and life safety for local businesses.

Marie is survived by her loving husband Kerry Kirby; son, Matt Kirby; daughter, Kelsey & Javier Herrera, granddaughters, Addalyn, and Ellison.

Marie’s favorite scripture was:

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness”.

A private family graveside service will be held on September 05, 2023.
