Mark Healey Cassidy

1958-2009

Mark Cassidy, the son of Mary Jane Healey Cassidy and Jerome Theve Cassidy, was born in Munich, Germany on November 27, 1968.

He was a graduate of the University of Texas, where he had been elected president of the council of presidents in his senior year. Upon graduation, he held many positions in firms involved in real estate acquisition and development. His positions led him from San Antonio, to Houston, TX, to Las Vegas, NV, and finally to Los Angeles and Santa Monica, CA. Though he traveled much, Texas was always home.

Mark died of a sudden heart attack on December 21, 2009, while vacationing with his sons, Christopher and Kevin, in Cuzco, Peru.

He was preceded in death by his baby sister, Patricia Carey Cassidy; and his mother.

He is survived by his father; sister, Kathleen Mary Cassidy and partner, Larry Gallego; brother, Matthew Jerome Cassidy and wife, Melinda; sister, Mary Charlotte Howard and husband, Brett; and sister, Jeanne Ann Cassidy.
