Marsha A. Surad, passed away at the age of 71, on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in San Antonio, TX. She was born on August 13, 1946 to her parents, Alfred Abramson and Muriel Schopp. Marsha spent her first years after college working for the city as a Social Worker and then went to work in Civil Service at Kelly AFB. Marsha loved the Arts, whether it be listening to music, attending movies and stage productions, or literature. Marsha was known for her beautiful needlework and shared her talents by teaching knitting classes and movie classes at the Academy of Learning in Retirement (ALIR) with Northeast Independent School District. She was also a member of MENSA. She was preceded in death by her parents. Marsha is survived by her sisters, Judy Stubbs (Guy) and Lindie Hunt (Dan); her brother, Ron Abramson (Sandie); and her dear friend Elvie Wheeler.
