Martha Hernandez Pina

Martha Hernandez Piña passed away on October 17, 2024. She is preceded in death by her husband Armando A. Pińa. Martha was born to parents Eugenio Hernandez and Maria De Jesus Casares on July 29, 1940, in Mexico. She was a vibrant soul who embraced life with joy and passion. A devoted seamstress, Martha found joy in creating beautiful garments and gifts for her loved ones. She had a love for exploring new places, always seeking adventure and new experiences, she cherished flowers and the beauty they brought to the world. Martha had an infectious enthusiasm for life that touched everyone around her.

She is survived by her children, Armando (Romelia), Juanita , Jesus, Sergio (Rosa) Oscar, Irma (Carlos), Diana (Jose), Alex (Martha) , Lillie (Frank) and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her creativity, zest for life, and love of nature.

Visitation for Martha will be Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 5:00 PM till 12:00 AM with a rosary being recited at 7:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio TX 78211. Graveside service will be at 11:00AM, Friday November 1, 2024 at San Jose Burial Park,8235 Mission Rd, San Antonio, TX 78214.
