Mary T. Hall

She departed us in the peaceful outskirts of Lockhart, Texas at the age of 96, embraced by the love of her family and the grace of natural causes.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Encell and Helen Tener; her siblings Grace, Virginia, Roberta, Arthur, and Ethel; her 1st husband Bill Davidson, and her 2nd husband Bill Hall (Bill #1 and Bill #2 as she lovingly referred to them).

She is survived by her children Denise and her husband Jim Berry, Bill Davidson, Reid and his wife Teri Davidson; her grandchildren Samantha, Christina, Kyle, Andrew, Jessica, and Kearie Lee; several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews whom she loved dearly.

Mary was born on August 17, 1927 in Modesto California. She was a spirited, faith-filled, world traveler who was always ready with comforting words and a helping hand.

Her professional life was filled with service as a First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force from 1951-1956, many years as a dedicated officer’s wife with all the duties attached, a homemaker, and a realtor.

Mary’s favorite interests included traveling, volunteering at the library or museum, reading to children, playing golf, teaching, learning, and spending time with her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, or do one of her favorite things in her memory.

Interment will follow a brief graveside service at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on July 8th at 11:30 am.
