She was born November 5, 1942, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Eugene B. and Nettie J. Wolfe Fuller.
She was a world traveler, an avid runner and reader. She felt a sense of great comfort and joy in helping those in need of care or shelter, including animals. Mary worked as a medical missionary in Central America and as a local nurse practitioner at shelters for women and the homeless. Her work in epilepsy research will continue to help children with seizures for years to come. Mary was known to take in those who had no place to go and regularly rescued animals in need of homes or veterinary care.
A beautiful and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Mary was very generous with her time, love and home. Blessed with the love for life and nature, Mary was able to recognize the gifts from God.
She was taken from us too soon, but will never be forgotten as she has permanently left her footprints in the lives of so many.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved dog, Toddie.
Mary is survived by her loving husband, Dr. Jesus Eric Pina-Garza; children, Gary Allen Ryon and wife, Carla, Lori Jo Line and husband, Todd, Gregory Loren Bruehler and wife, Alex; grandchildren, Diedre, Ann, Brittany, Brenton, Morgan, Austin and Kylie; great-grandchild, Giovanni; and her four legged children, Wolfie, Baby and Mitzie.
