

He was a master of all trades who helped many people - no task was too difficult for him. He enjoyed life, living life to the fullest. Mauro was very independent and enjoyed bbqing, drinking beer and smoking cigarettes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mauro Flores, Sr. and Francisca and two sisters.
Mauro is survived by his six children, Sylvia Ann Alcoser, Raymond Anthony Flores, Daniel Flores, Sandra Flores, Claudia Reyes, Laura Flores-Almaguer; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-four great- grandchildren; one brother, Raymond Flores and wife Margaret Gomez; eight sisters, Adelina F. Ortiz, Mary Cruz Hernandez, Maria de Jesus Martinez Briseno and husband, Rudolph Briseno, Hortencia F. Martinez and husband, Juan Jose Martinez, Mary Helen Flores and husband, Ernesto G. Flores, Ernestina F. Guareno, Janie Villarreal, Herlinda Luis and husband, Arthur Luis and numerous other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October 21, 2013 beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary starting at 6:30 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough.
A mass will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Henry's Catholic Church, 1619 S. Flores Street.
Interment will follow in Gonzales Cemetery, San Antonio, Texas.
