Megan Moreaux Wilson-Garcia

On July 27, 2001, Megan was married to Nicholas A. Garcia of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Glenn Moreau of San Antonio, and Audrey and Paul Wilson of Batesville, Arkansas; and her uncles, Larry Moreau of San Antonio, and Rod Wilson of Wichita, Kansas. Surviving are her husband, Nick; daughter Eowyn, age 2; son Shylo, newborn; her parents, Anita and Kip Wilson of San Antonio; her sister, Kris Wilson of Denver, Colorado; her grandmother, Joan Moreau of San Antonio; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Shortly before Megan's death she had started working for United Parcel Service handling IBM parts inventory. Prior to that, she was employed by Eagle Express for about 2 years.

Megan was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, and sister; with many friends. Everyone that knew Megan enjoyed her intellectual observations and discussions, quick wit and steadfast loyalty to family and friends. She loved to debate issues of importance and always listened to and appreciated the opposing view. These attributes along with her love of family and friends helped define Megan as a person and endeared her to many. Megan will be painfully missed, but her love and affection will always be remembered.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Garcia Children's College Fund at any of the Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union locations.
