Michael Anthony Flores

Born to Pete and Rosaio Flores in Midland, Texas, Michael graduated from Roosevelt High school in San Antonio and continued his education at Austin Community College. Michael’s hobbies included traveling and rescuing dogs. He was a long-time Green Bay Packers fan and shared his love for football with his brother, David. Some of his fondest memories were his honeymoon, attending a Packers game, and numerous cruises with his husband and mother-in-law.

Michael was a loving husband, brother, son, uncle, and friend. He was preceded in death by his beloved husband, Phil Bohlender, and their two golden retrievers, Chaiyya and Abbey. Michael leaves behind his father, Pete Flores (Midland, Texas); brother, David Flores (Midland, Texas); and golden retriever, Jasmine; along with so many others Michael had bonded with, including his nieces and nephew, Davie Flores (Midland, Texas), Phoebe Silvia-Flores (Midland, Texas), and Robert Silvia- Flores (San Antonio, Texas).

A Memorial will be held September 26, 2022 at 7:00 pm at 2202 Parhaven Dr.

The Flores and Bohlender family expresses deep appreciation to friends and extended family members for all the prayers, visits, cards, and phone calls.
