Michael D. Wagner, beloved husband, father, and friend, age 54 of San Antonio, died Monday, September 10, 2002. He was a 1970 undergraduate of T.C.U. where he was Phi Delta Theta and played football. Michael graduated from St. Mary's Law School in 1973 and received his law degree. Michael enjoyed a thirty-year law career with USAA. He was actively involved with many community services, such as CTRC, Friends of the McNay, the Red Cross, Boysville, United Way, Catholic Television and the Lay Pension Board of the Archdioceses and Habitat for Humanity. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr and Mrs. Martin M. Wagner, and his father-in-law, Col. F. Don Miller. Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Pam Wagner; sons Matthew Miller Wagner and Michael Patrick Wagner; brother Greg Wagner and wife, Rhonda; nephew Wyatt Wagner; mother-in-law Mrs. F. Don Miller; sister-in-law Donna Blume and husband, Larry; nephew John Blume; niece Julia Blume and nephew Michael Blume.. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions to St. Mary's Hall or Davidson College in Davidson, NC
