Monette Rauh Dielmann, aka Monette Crouch, Polly, Mama, Momma, Mom, Grandma Polly, and Granny, passed away January 27, 2024, at the age of 98. She was known for her kindness and hugs up to the very end. Born March 16, 1925 in Dallas, Texas to Leon Rauh and Delma Stubbs, her father passed away when she was 2 years old, and her mother eventually remarried Walter Crouch. In her High School yearbook her ambition was to be a successful wife and her hobby was going to be enjoying life, and she did just that. She married John Werner Dielmann Sr., Major, USAF (Ret.) in 1943 and was married for 61 years until his passing in 2004. They traveled the world during his 20-year career serving our Country in the United States Air Force. They had 5 children, Claudia A. Templin, husband Tim; Sandra L. Budnik, husband Edward; John W. Dielmann Jr. (deceased); James W. Dielmann, wife Donna; Jeffrey W. Dielmann, wife Terri; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Her wishes were to be buried quickly and quietly and she accomplished so by outliving all her friends. “Motherhood is a million little moments that God weaves together with grace, redemption, laughter, tears, and most of all, love.”
