Morris Eugene White, Jr.

He was born March 29, 1939, in Corpus Christi, Texas to Morris E. White, Sr. and Sarah Elizabeth Kelley White. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and St. Mary's University and received his Master's Degree from Southern Methodist University. Morris served in the Coast Guard from 1957 to 1965.

In 1967 Morris married Jeanette M. Fogaley and in July 2017 they would have celebrated 50 years of marriage. They moved from Corpus Christi to San Antonio in 1970 when Morris entered the officer training program at Frost Bank. He continued his banking career for 25 years. In 2005 he retired from the San Antonio Retail Merchants Association where he served on the Board of Directors as Chairman of the Board and as President. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club and the American Heart Association. Morris had a private pilot's license, loved traveling, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren at their lakehouse on Lake LBJ.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Mary Patricia Blacklock.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Fogaley White; children, Lawrence Eugene White, Morris Eugene (Trey) White III and wife Stacey; Camilla White Hannah and husband Greg; grandchildren, Taylor Marie White, Lauren Alexis White, Mason Rain White, Ryan Adams White, Lara Adams White; Morris Eugene (Quade) White IV, Sarah Nicole White; Thomas Tyler Patterson, Avery Marie Patterson; and nieces, Robyn Blacklock Gonzalez and Kelley Blacklock Carr.
