Octavio V. Rendon Sr. age 96, passed away June 3, 2013 in San Antonio, Texas He was born on March 22, 1917 in Caderita Jimenez Mexico to Luis and Marcriana Garcia. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Josefina Rendon; children, Octavio Rendon Jr., Antonio Rendon and wife Helen, Rosa Keller and husband Dean, Rudy Rendon and wife Sylvia, Gilbert Rendon, Ramon Rendon, Olivia Arenas and husband Juan; 47 grandchildren and 10 Great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road on Sunday, June 9, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. The funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, June 10, 2013 for a 10:00A.M. mass at St. Jude Catholic Church, 130 S. San Augustine Street, with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery #2.
