

She was born on October 27, 1918 in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Feliciano and Rosaura Garcia. She lived her earlier years in Victoria, Texas before making San Antonio her home in 1948.
She is preceded in death by her precious daughter "Baby Alice" Tinoco and her loving husband Fortunato Tinoco, Jr.
She is survived by her devoted children, Fortunato Tinoco, III wife Evelyn, Judy Tinoco, Angie Tinoco Miller husband Jerry, Diana Tinoco and Michael Tinoco. Her greatest love and what brought her the most happiness in life was the time she shared with her 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Her enthusiasm and happiness was contagious to all whose lives she touched with her many hugs and kisses.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 26, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
