Olga Rodriguez

It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of our beloved Olga Rodriguez, who passed away on January 24, 2023. Olga was born on April 4, 1948, in San Antonio, Texas to Anita and Rafael Rodriguez.

Olga had a strong sense of determination as she raised two daughters as a single mother. She was an incredibly devoted and loving mother who raised her girls with great care and dedication. She was always there for her children no matter what life threw at them. Olga also had 4 beautiful grandchildren whom she loved and adored so much. Her grandchildren meant the world to her.

Olga had a passion for beauty and took great pride in her work as a hair stylist from her high school years at Fox Tech until her retirement. She was a faithful Catholic who deeply valued religion and spirituality. She touched so many lives with her kind spirit and will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her daughters, Deborah Leal (Juan) and Desarae Rodriguez (Roderick); grandchildren, Destinee Leal, Faith Leal, Jayden Leal, and Damien Brazil; great-granddaughter, Penelope Medina; brother, Rafael Rodriguez Jr. (Linda); and sister, Rebecca Rodriguez (Ruben); numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

We will forever remember Olga's courage, strength, grace, and unconditional love that she shared with all those around her. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her deeply - she will be profoundly missed but never forgotten.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Porter Loring Mortuary.
