Oscar Raul Barrios, age 86, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 25, 2009. He was an honest, hard working, family man who loved Latin music and dancing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raul and Zapopa Barrios, his brothers, H.C. Barrios, Jose Barrios, his sisters, Olivia Barrios, and Mary Ann Hernandez, his first wife, Rebecca G. Barrios and his second wife, Amparo Rodriguez Barrios. Survivors include his brother, Abelardo Barrios; sons, Oscar R. (Maria M.) Barrios, and Hector Barrios; stepchildren, Roy (Martha) Rodriguez, Roger (Mary) Rodriguez, Rachel Suniga, Rosemary (Ernest) Huizar, Rebecca (Robert) Montez, and Ruby Gutierrez; grandchildren, Omar (Miros) Barrios, Angela (Lee) Osteguin, Daniel (Linda) Barrios, Derrick Barrios, Lucas Barrios, Zabrina (Dave) Rapazo, Kris (Pretti) Rodriguez, Lori, Valerie and Natalie Rodriguez, Tom Suniga, Ernest (Katy) Huizar, Regina and Rosanna Montez, Georgette Gutierrez and Eddie Ryan Quintanilla; great-grandchildren: Devon, Sebastian and Lorenzo Osteguin, Jose, Mariela and Raul Barrios, Azrael Barrios, Robbie and Gabriel Jaramillo; his numerous nieces and nephews.
