Pascual was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. After graduating from Sidney Lanier H.S. in 1941, he honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy and Army and was awarded the World War II Victory Medal. He was a proud WW II veteran and member of the "greatest generation." He enjoyed sharing his memorable military and civil service experiences, while stationed in Europe, and while on TDY in the Philippine Islands in support of the Vietnam War.
He retired from 36 years of civil service at Kelly AFB as an aircraft mechanic and continued to enjoy working until he was 80 years old with companies such as Montgomery Wards, Dixie Flags, and Convention Decorators.
Pascual lived a fulfilling 94 years. He was a devoted father and grandfather, actively involved in the lives of his children and grandchildren, guiding them through their lives, supporting them in all their activities and taking great pride in all their accomplishments. The life lessons he taught his family and the values he instilled will always live within their hearts.
Pascual was a genuine people person and lived life to the fullest. He was a true gentleman who believed in God, family, integrity, and hard work. He will be remembered most for his friendly, kind-hearted, generous, and outgoing personality. His greatest joy was to play pool, go to Vegas, music and dancing and being a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
We all will miss him greatly, but find comfort knowing he is in a place of peace and rest and that someday we will be reunited with him and the rest of our loved ones.
