Patsy was born April 3, 1962. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1979.
After receiving a Bachelors degree in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University, she taught Spanish at Mount Sacred Heart School. She later obtained her Masters degree in Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin and then joined the Department of Modern Languages and Literature at the University of Texas at San Antonio where she lectured in Spanish for twelve years.
Patsy was preceded in death by her father, the late Dr. Felipe Estrada, M.D.
Surviving family members include her mother, Cecelia, and brothers Phillip, Edward, Robert, Albert, and David.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to an organization of choice.
