Patricia MacLellan, age 78 of San Antonio, died on Thursday, March 20, 2003. Born in Winchester, IL. she graduated from Winchester H.S., attended the University of Illinois and a was a stewardess with American Airlines. She was a resident of Mexico City, Mexico for 24 years and Cali, Columbia for five years and resided in San Antonio since 1976. She was a member of The Junior League in Mexico City, the San Antonio Junior League Sustainers, and an Auxilary Volunteer ABC Hospital Auxilary Mexico City. Also a member of Gamma Phi Beta of San Antonio. She was active in a garden club and a member of and participated in bible study at St. David's Episcopal Church. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Neil MacLellan; sons, Jeff MacLellan and wife, Becky of Columbia, MO and Andy MacLellan and wife June of Paris, France; grandchildren, Jay MacLellan and wife, Melissa, Carrie MacLellan, Scott MacLellan and wife, Alice and Alex MacLellan; brother, Don Dugan.
