

Patricia was born in April, 1927 at Fort Sam Houston on base in the 84 bed Station Hospital that was run at the time of her birth by Brigadeer General Roger Brooke. Born during the great depression Patricia was a stubborn and frugal person who was very generous with great personal attributes. She passed in her sleep November, 2022 at the age of 95.
Patricia graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1945 and began work at USAA moving up the ranks to a floor supervisor position. During that time she met the love of her life, Larry Weber. Married in 1957 they were together until his passing in 1986.
An avid traveler, Patty visited many parts of the U.S., Hawaii, the Caribbean and Europe. She loved traveling with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Daniel Ahern and Mayme C. Wilkinson Ahern as well as her sister Ginger Sutherland and her Husband Bill Sutherland.
She is survived by her Son and Daughter. John Weber and wife, Karrie Dybdahl Weber. Barbara Gerwitz and husband, Thomas A. Gerwitz Sr.
She is also survived by grandchildren Elizabeth Ann Hernandez and Husband Artemio Hernandez, Thomas A. Gerwitz Jr., David Lawrence Gerwitz. Evan Weber and wife Melanie Weber, Justin Weber and wife Marissa Weber. Great Grand-children Juan Jose Hernandez, Sebastian Hernandez, Atticus Hernandez and Walter David Weber. She is also survived by nieces and nephews on both sides of the family, that were very special to her.
