Affectionately known as "Nanny", she is survived by her grandchildren, Heather Materne and husband, Juan Materne, Garrett Stephens and wife, Alison Stephens, Justin Fletcher, and Aubrey Fletcher; great-grandchildren, Haleigh Stephens-Arellano, Marina Arellano, and Evan Materne. She is also survived by her loving cousin and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Swank of California; and special friends, Neva Smith of Marble Falls, Lorene Menger and Tina Armentrout of San Antonio.
Long time resident of Alamo Heights, Patty made many friends while working at Scriveners and Berings before her retirement.
Patty was born to Herber and Veldah Roe on July 31, 1923 in Washington Court House, Ohio and moved to Texas in 1946.
