I was so saddened to hear that Paul is no longer with us. I had been searching for him on-line for a while and we never connected. We worked together at Bonanza in San Antonio as teens...he was the funniest, sweetest guy, although you had to break through his shyness first. He was a cook at Bonanza, and we had many late nights cleaning the restaurant listening to Metallica on his boombox. I remember his big, black truck that he was so proud of...and the Flyin' High stickers that he got in Arizona. He took my younger sister Diane to the prom in 1985. She, too, is saddened by his passing. Please accept my truest condolences. I have thought of him often over the years, and will always remembered Paul as the kind, gentle soul that he was.

I was so shocked to hear of Paul's death, when you called Gary. I have really enjoyed working with you & Paul over the years. Paul was a handsome young man & his life has been cut short, which hurts our hearts. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I am very sorry for your loss. Although I did not know Paul, I know how it feels to lose someone you love and for that reason I want to extend my sympathy and share a few words of encouragement. Psalm 34:18 says that God cares when we are broken at heart and He saves us when our spirit is crushed. Isaiah 25:8 mentions a time when He will swallow up death and wipe all the tears from our faces. Even though nothing can take away the pain you feel, it is my wish you will find comfort and hope from these thoughts from the Bible just as I have.

Special thoughts for Paul and his Family, Paul was a wonderful person. He was caring, thoughtful and always put others before him. I knew Paul through my husband, Michael. I met Paul about 19 years ago and It was my pleasure to be able to be in his life. Michael share many funny stories with me of all the crazy things they did as kids. He said on more than one occasion that Paul was the quiet one but he was always there for him when ever he needed a friend. I can say that Paul was a part of our Family. He lived with Michael and I for a while and we had some fun times. Paul and Michael would share some really funny stories with me and they would laugh together as if it were yesterday. We all now have a Angel up in heaven waiting for all of us to join him one day. I will really miss you Paul, you were a terrific guy with a heart of gold!! Kimberly

For My friend Paul and his Family, I write this with a sad heart to know that Paul your life was cut way too short. What I will live with is 30 plus years of some really great, funny, and special times. Paul, you and I went from riding bikes together as kids to us seeing my first born child, being my best man in my wedding, and most recently you attended my baby shower for my new born son. Paul we started off as friends and became Family. I will never let your memory of being a great friend, the mister nice guy of us all be forgotten. You will live on through me, my family, your family and your many friends as we all will cherrish special moments we had knowing you and having you part of our lives. Paul Your Mother ad I are still wondering what happend. We will have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the ME to tell us the cause of death. After 10 years of suffering from a back injury Paul was going to go back to school and find a part time job to be more active. The Doctors seem to have found the right combination of medications and turn his life around. It's not fare!

Gary and Judy, I know there were many times over the years that Gary and I discussed our children and families. Through these conversations I know hom much you truly loved Paul. I am not sure there could be a greater pain in life than to have a Love One, especially a child, precede us in a departure from life. I am truly sorry for your loss. Graduated Madison High school in 1986. I knew Paul from mutual friends Mike Rodrigues and Scott Camacho. I remember when Paul bought a Toyota pick-up truck around 1986-1987 and he had the letters TOY on the back. I thought that was the coolest thing. Paul was nice to everyone and pleasant to be around. I will miss him.

Dear Mr. and Mrs Gosinski and Family : 
Paul was my neighbor at Hampton Green Apts. We spoke only a few times,and I found him to be a very pleasant and friendly person. Others in the community say the same thing about him. 
We all enjoyed watching him as he played with his miniature motorized car.His presence will be missed. I hope that the grace of God and your fond memories of Paul bring you comfort during this time of grief. Take care and be blessed.

 I am deeply heartbroken to hear of Paul?s passing and can only imagine the sorrow that you feel. I know that our family is still coping with this sudden and harsh reality after knowing Paul for almost thirty years. I went to high school with Paul, since I am one of Mike Rodriguez?s sisters. I remember Paul as the quiet, shy and reserved friend of my little brother who was quite the opposite. Although, Paul was quiet he was hard to miss considering he towered over all of us and he got the nickname of, ?Too Tall Paul? with the kids in our family. I remember him becoming a fixture in our house starting out as my brother?s friend and then becoming a very special part of all of our lives. I can still remember several of us going to eat at Bonanza because Paul had gotten a job as a cook there, and I believe he was the first of my brother?s group of friends to have a real job! Yes, there were a few stories of them getting into trouble, as teen boys sometimes do, but even those made for memories we could look back on and laugh about and there are likely plenty more antics of mischief you still don?t know about but I am not about to spill the beans. 
 There is no doubt that Paul evolved into part of our family over the years living with Michael for a while and coming to and being a part of numerous birthday parties, weddings, baptisms and baby showers. We all grew up together and our children and grandchildren grew to know and love him too. 
I am at loss for finding a way to express to you the love we will always have for Paul but I sincerely want you to understand that will never change. Sincerely, Joan Yanushka Rodriguez

Paul was a great person and our lives are better because of him. He first came into my life as my baby brother's friend. His kindness, humor, and compassion for others were some of his best attributes. Paul loved family and became my "compadre" when he was a groomsman at my wedding. 
May you find comfort knowing those who live in the Lord never see each other for the last time.

Paul, While I have may have never met you, I know quite a bit about your life through your fathers words and stories. The love your father had for you tells to how wonderful a person you really were.
