Paula Rocha Lopez

A long-time member of St. James the Apostle Catholic Church choir, Paula found joy in her faith and the music that brought her closer to it. She had an incredible talent for arts and crafts, especially in making jewelry and creating cascarones—a cherished hobby she dedicated herself to year-round. Whether baking delicious pies or watching her favorite novellas while crafting, Paula brought warmth and joy to all who knew her.

Paula cherished time with her family and was a loyal fan of football, often gathering loved ones to enjoy the game. Her generosity and creativity were boundless, leaving behind a legacy of love, tradition, and vibrant memories.

She is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 55 years, Julio B. Lopez; her daughter, Elizabeth L. Cazares; her sons, Johnny R. Lopez and Ruben R. Lopez; her parents, Juan M. and Guadalupe P. Rocha

Paula’s memory lives on in her 9 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, all of whom were blessed by her love and kindness.

Her family and friends will forever hold Paula in their hearts, cherishing the many beautiful moments and traditions she created.
